Objective

Identify the cognitive biases and escape the traps that such biases create in work situations (both the technical and relationship dimensions). Using the 7 main competencies that apply to reasoning in a professional context, make decisions and employ adapted actions that are sources of efficiency and of qualitative interactions. 

Méthodology

With the help of made-to-measure operational rules, put an action plan in place that enables the development of autonomy and proficiency in the person’s professional activity and that is adapted to the context: focus on the priorities, identify the actions that are not inefficient, take the facts into account, evaluate the consequences, take into consideration other people’s opinions and feedback and eliminate any counterproductive forms of relationships etc.
